Return & Refund Policy

At Ninoom, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Here’s what you need to know:

Return Policy

You can return your purchase within 35 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please note that the item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging. If an item is returned to us in a condition other than that in which it was originally shipped, we reserve the right to deny the return.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item(s) received is damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they are in their original condition. After the inspection, we will initiate the refund process, which usually takes 5-12 business days to reflect in your account. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item(s) you are returning was sent as part of a promotion offering free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or product, please initiate a return for a refund and then place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible, free of charge.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over it. If your package is lost or stolen during shipping, please contact the carrier directly. If the carrier is unable to locate your package, please contact our customer service team, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
