At Ninoom, we understand that plans change and sometimes orders need to be cancelled. We try to make the cancellation process as easy and convenient as possible for our customers. Here is what you need to know about our cancellation policy:
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not already been shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, the reason for the cancellation, and any other relevant information.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can initiate a return and receive a refund once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our team.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that your cancellation request will be processed before your order is shipped. If your cancellation request is not processed before the order is shipped, you will need to initiate a return to receive a refund.
Refunds for cancelled orders
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5-12 business days.
Please note that if your order has already been shipped before you cancel, you will need to initiate a return to receive a refund.
Pre-Orders
For pre-orders, please read the item description carefully before placing an order. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the item has shipped. If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Please note that some pre-orders may take longer to ship than other items. We will provide an estimated ship date when you place your order, and we will update you if the ship date changes.
Cancelled by Ninoom
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order. This can happen for various reasons, including but not limited to, an item being out of stock or a technical error. If we need to cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Cancelled due to fraudulent activity
We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect to be fraudulent. If we suspect that an order is fraudulent, we will contact the customer to confirm their identity and billing information. If we are unable to verify the customer’s identity or billing information, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
